How to Make the Meatballs in the Oven:
Pre-heat the Oven to 400 degrees.
Cook your bacon until it is almost crispy. (You don’t want the bacon to be crispy at this point.)
Chop your bacon into small pieces on a cutting board.
In a large mixing bowl, add your ground beef and crack 2 eggs. (The eggs will help hold together the meatballs shape.)
Add in your chopped bacon, cheese, seasoning.
Mix until fully combined.
Shape the meat into 1”-2” meatballs and place them on a baking sheet. (A cookie scoop can help keep a more round shape.)
Bake the meatballs for 19-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Note: Always check for doneness with a meat thermometer. The temperature should be a minimum of 160 degrees F / 70 degrees C when inserted into the center of the meatball.

2 eggs
8 pieces of bacon
1/4 cup of shredded cheese
Salt
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Conclusion:
This recipe should make between 18-25 meatballs depending on the size you make them. These meatballs make the perfect snack or meal when you’re doing the Keto or Carnivore Diets.
Note: If you don’t want to eat the whole batch at one time, once you form your meatballs, you can place your uncooked meatballs on a baking sheet and place them in the freezer for approximately 3 hours. This will allow you to bag them together where they won’t stick to one another. You can then reheat them at a later time in the air fryer for approximately 18-20 minutes at 400 degrees.
